To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on proposals for service level agreements relating to the funding and management of:
· Milestones Museum with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
· The Willis Museum with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
· Aldershot Military Museum with Rushmoor Borough Council.
2. REVISED ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL POLICY 2007-2012
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage setting out a revised policy governing the acquisition and disposal of artefacts and materials in the County Council's collections. Copies of the full document have been placed in the Members' Rooms.
3. FINANCIAL AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING 2006/07
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and County Treasurer on the budget for the current year and on action being taken to manage expenditure within approved cash limits.
4. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR VOLUNTARY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS 2006/07 AND 2007/08 - SPORT AND PHYSICAL RECREATION
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed allocation of partnership funding to a wide range of organisations involved in a sport and physical recreation.
5. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING TO INDEPENDENT CHARITABLE OUTDOOR CENTRES 2007/08
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed allocation of partnership funding to Avon Tyrell; Countryside Education Trust; Privett Centre; Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Centre, Bursledon; British Red Cross; and the Gilbert White Field Study Centre, Selborne.
6. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2007/08
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on proposals for the allocation of partnership funding to schemes at Monxton & Amport; Mottisfont; North Waltham; Basingstoke; South Wonston; and Stockbridge
7. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR THE REVENUE AND PROJECT COSTS OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS 2007/08
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on proposals for the allocation of partnership funding to community associations in Alton; Denmead; Fordingbridge, Horndean; Kingsley; Liss; Overton; Ringwood; Whitehill & Bordon; Wickham; Headley Down; Leigh Park; and Wecock Farm.
