2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest

in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest

and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12

of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting

whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

5. ENVIRONMENT AGENCY PRESENTATION : STATE OF THE ENVIRONMENT

To receive a presentation from James Humphrys, Area Manager for Hampshire and Isle of Wight at the Environment Agency on the State of the Environment.

6. ITEMS FOR PRE SCRUTINY INFORMATION

(a) Decision List.

(i) Establishment of a Transport Delivery Agency for South Hampshire.

(ii) Adoption of the Hampshire Minerals and Waste Development

Framework - Core Planning Strategy.

(b) Items for Information.

(i) Carbon Offsetting.

(ii) Water Metering in areas of water stress.

To consider two consultation documents with a view to submitting

comments. These have previously been circulated to Members.

PART 3 - WORK PROGRAMME

7. TOPICS FOR CONSIDERATION

(a) Speed and Traffic Management.

(b) Climate Change.

(c) Lyndhurst By-Pass.

To receive a report on topics for consideration for inclusion in the scrutiny

work programme.

8. SCRUTINY FEEDBACK

To receive a report detailing feedback from the scrutinies of Street Lighting

and Transport in the Community.
