The Chief Executive to report on current progress with this scrutiny review.
9 CONSULTATION
To consider the report of the Chief Executive on the consultation strategy and to consider the most effective way in which arrangements for consultation across the County Council could be scrutinised.
10 ARTS FUNDING AND INNOVATION BRIEFINGS
The Chief Executive and Director of Recreation and Heritage to report orally on a proposed programme of briefings by organisations or individuals involved in the Arts.

To consider a presentation by the Chief Executive and Director of Environment on the Mosaic system and how the information it provides could inform decision taking in the area of culture and communities.
