1. PASSENGER TRANSPORT REVIEW AND RE-TENDERING - HART AND RUSHMOOR

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the outcome of tendering, and consequent revisions to bus and other public transport services, in the Hart and Rushmoor area.

2. PASSENGER TRANSPORT REVIEW AND RE-TENDERING - EASTLEIGH

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the outcome of tendering, and consequent amendments to bus and other public transport services, in the Eastleigh area.

3. NEW TERM HIGHWAYS CONTRACT 2008-15 - AUTHORITY TO TENDER

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on tendering arrangements for the term contract for maintenance of highways during the period 2008-2015.

4. HAMPSHIRE COUNTY STRUCTURE PLAN : POLICY H4 MONITORING PAPER 2007

To consider the report of the Director of Environment, endorsed by the Strategic Planning Joint Advisory Panel, on the outcome of consultations and on the proposal that there is no need to release any of the reserve housing sites this year.

5. REVISED CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2006/07 AND SUB-PROGRAMMES 2007/08

To consider the report of the Director of Environment setting out detailed sub-programmes for pedestrian crossings; minor works; traffic management schemes; local transport plan monitoring; community transport; rail stations and interchanges; and access partnerships.

6. HOUSEHOLD WASTE RECYCLING CENTRE CONTRACT RE-TENDER - CONTRACT SPECIFICATION, WASTE ACCEPTANCE POLICY AND AUTOMATIC NUMBER PLATE RECOGNITION/CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION TENDER

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on a revised specification for the household waste recycling centres contract, on a detailed waste acceptance policy and on tendering arrangements for the automatic number plate recognition and closed circuit television systems proposed for introduction at household waste recycling centres.

7. END OF LIFE VEHICLES - AUTHORITY TO TENDER

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on tendering arrangements for a county-wide abandoned vehicles service and collaborative arrangements with the Hampshire District Councils in the collection and disposal of abandoned vehicles.

8. A NEW APPROACH TO CALCULATING TRANSPORT CONTRIBUTIONS IN HAMPSHIRE

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on consultations with District Councils and other interested parties relating to different methods of calculating developer contributions towards transport schemes.

9. PROJECT APPRAISAL : HARDLEY TO HYTHE CYCLE TRACK

To consider the report of the Director of Environment, and attached project appraisal, on the proposal to construct an off-road shared cycle track/footway from Hardley roundabout, along Fawley Road, Frost Lane and Shore Road to Hythe Town Centre.

10. PROJECT APPRAISAL : KINGSWORTHY ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS

To consider the report of the Director of Environment, and attached project appraisal, on a package of pedestrian improvements on London Road, Kingsworthy and a reduction in the speed limit to 30 mph, in order to improve pedestrian safety and access to local facilities.

11. PROJECT APPRAISAL : SWANWICK STATION INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS

To consider the report of the Director of Environment, and attached project appraisal, on a financial allocation towards pedestrian and cycle access to Swanwick Station and improvements to the facilities provided for passengers.
