EXECUTIVE MEMBER (POLICY AND RESOURCES) DECISION DAY
Date and Time: 4 June 2007 at 3.30 p.m.
Place: Wellington Room, Elizabeth II Court, The Castle, Winchester
AGENDA
A. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
Recommendation
That in relation to the following items the press and public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the reports.
B. KEY DECISION (CONFIDENTIAL/EXEMPT)
2. PHASE II OF THE RE-DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXISTING JOHN HUNT OF EVEREST COMMUNITY SCHOOL SITE, POPLEY, BASINGSTOKE - OUTCOME OF MARKETING
To consider the exempt report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services seeking approval to the sale of the remaining land comprising 6.66 ha to the County Council's preferred developer.
C. NON-KEY DECISION (CONFIDENTIAL/EXEMPT)
3. LAND ADJOINING ST. AGATHA'S CHURCH, PORTSMOUTH
To consider the exempt report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services proposing that the objection received from the Portsmouth Society is not upheld and that the County Council should proceed with the disposal of the land adjoining St. Agatha's Church on the terms approved by the Executive Member for Policy and Resources on 1 March 2007.
