2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in
any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that personal interest and
having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the
County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the
matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

4. CHAIRMAN'S COMMUNICATIONS
5. DEPUTATIONS
The Regulatory Committee has approved a pilot scheme which involves the
suspension of Standing Order 21 to allow Members to ask questions of deputees.
This pilot scheme applies to this meeting and the procedure to be followed is set
out below:
(i) Any request for suspending Standing Order 21, to allow questions to be put,
will be taken after hearing all deputations on an agenda item and will be moved
and voted upon without debate.
(ii) Questions from Committee Members will be asked through the Chairman
who may seek the advice of the Committee's legal and the other advisers as
appropriate : the Chairman's decision on a question will be final. Questions will
be limited to matters of fact and clarification.
(iii) Local Members who request to speak at Committee may also be asked
Questions.

To consider a report of the Chief Planning Adviser on an application for planning
permission to extend the clay workings at Michelmersh Brickworks into adjacent land
identified as Preferred 9 in the Hampshire, Portsmouth and Southampton Minerals and
Waste Local Plan (HPSMWLP) and to extend slightly beyond Preferred Area 9 to the
north to reflect an existing field boundary which is slightly different from that
boundary shown in the HPSMWLP.

9. APPLICATION FOR A DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER TO
UPGRADE TO A BYWAY OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC FOOTPATH 9 IN THE
PARISH OF BRAMSHAW
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on an application
for a Definitive Map Modification Order to upgrade to a byway open to all traffic
Footpath 9 in the Parish of Bramshaw.
10. APPLICATION FOR A MAP MODIFICATION ORDER TO ADD A BYWAY
OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC ALONG MOUNTER'S LANE IN THE TOWN OF
ALTON AND THE PARISH OF CHAWTON
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on an application for a
Map Modification Order to add a Byway Open To All Traffic along Mounter's Lane in
the Town of Alton and the Parish of Chawton.

Map Modification order to record Damerham Footpath 20 and Rockbourne Footpath
