2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 17 April 2007.

4. REVISED MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT FOR MEMBERS

    To consider the report of the Head of Corporate and Legal Services and Monitoring Officer recommending that the new Code of Conduct be approved by the County Council at its meeting on 12 July 2007. The report is also being considered by the Governance Committee at its meeting on 28 June 2007.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT COMPLAINTS - PILOT FILTERING ARRANGEMENTS (Report to follow)

    To consider a report by the Head of Corporate and Legal Services and Monitoring Officer about pilot arrangements planned by the Standards Board in connection with the filtering of complaints as to breaches of the Code of Conduct.

6. THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES(STANDARDS COMMITTEE)(DISPENSATION) REGULATIONS 2002

    To consider requests received from members of the River Hamble Harbour Board.
