1. TRANSFER OF THE MANAGEMENT OF TOWER ARTS CENTRE TO KINGS' SCHOOL
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage, Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services and Director of Children's Services on proposals for the future of the Tower Arts Centre, Winchester.
Note - one deputation has been notified on this item.
2. MONITORING CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on complaints and compliments received from the public relating to Recreation and Heritage services.
3. MUSEUMS TRUSTS ACCOUNTS 2006/07
To consider the report of the County Treasurer seeking approval to the annual reports of the following Museums Trusts:
· The Allen and Curtis Museum Foundation, Alton.
· The Red House Foundation, Christchurch.
· The Flora Twort Trust, Petersfield.
· The Tasker Trust.
· The Aldershot Military Historical Trust.
4. FINANCE AND PERFORMANCE 2006/07 AND 2007/08
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and County Treasurer on financial performance during the past year and on the present situation for the current year.
5. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR VOLUNTARY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS 2007/08 - SPORT AND PHYSICAL RECREATION
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed allocation of £5,000 to the Hampshire Rugby Football Union for Women.
6. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2007/08
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed allocation of funding to Broughton Village Hall; Kimpton Village Hall; Newton Valence Social Centre; and Nursling & Rownhams Village Hall.
7. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR THE REVENUE AND PROJECT COSTS OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS 2007/08
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed allocation of revenue support to Lyndhurst Community Association and Sarisbury Community Association.
