2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

The Chief Executive to report on progress to date made by the Scrutiny Panel.
7. REVIEW OF OUTDOOR/FIELD/RURAL STUDY CENTRES IN HAMPSHIRE
The Chief Executive to report on progress with this review.
8. FINANCE AND PERFORMANCE 2006/07 AND 2007/08
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and County Treasurer on financial performance during the past year and on the present situation for the current year.
9. MONITORING CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on complaints, compliments and comments received from the public relating to Recreation and Heritage Services.
PART 3 - WORK PROGRAMME
10. VEHICLES IN THE COUNTRYSIDE
To confirm that the Committee is prepared to join forces with the Environment and Transportation Select Committee in making progress with scrutiny of this topic.
11. BASINGSTOKE CANAL - UPDATE
The Director of Recreation and Heritage to report on current issues and on feedback arising from the members visit to the canal.
12. FUTURE WORK PROGRAMME
To consider the report of the Chief Executive on the programme of future issues that may require scrutiny by the Committee.
