7 MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE HELD ON 18 JUNE 2007

To consider the minutes of the meeting of the River Hamble Harbour Management Committee held on 18 June 2007, at which members made recommendations to the Board regarding Items 8, 9, 10 and 11 of this agenda.

8 PLANNING CONSENTS APPLICATION SWANWICK MARINA

To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage regarding the application for Harbour Works Consent to modernize Swanwick Marina and Boatyard.

9 RIVER HAMBLE FINAL ACCOUNTS 2006/07

To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment regarding the final accounts of the Harbour Authority for the year ended 31 March 2007.

10 ANNUAL FORUM - NOTE OF PROCEEDINGS

To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage regarding the River Hamble Harbour Authority Annual Forum held on 27 March 2007.

11 GLOSSARY OF TERMS - CHANNELS

To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage regarding the proposed Glossary of Terms document to be added to the `Strategic Principles to Guide Development on the River Hamble'.

12 REPORT OF THE HARBOUR DUES WORKING GROUP

To consider a report of the Chief Executive and Chairman regarding the work of the Harbour Dues Working Group.
