1. EXTENSION TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT 2008/09

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the proposal to extend the existing contract for transport planning and highway design-related professional services by one year, with the possibility of a further extension if good performance continues.

2. BUS SUBSIDY BUDGET - SAVINGS PLAN

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on specific proposals for savings in the bus subsidy budget for the Years 2007/08 and 2008/09.

3. SOUTH DOWNS WAY - PEAKE NEW ROAD, WARNFORD - PROPOSED EXTINGUISHMENT OF VEHICULAR RIGHTS AND APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

To consider the report of the Chief Executive on proposals for the implementation of works connected with bridleway/footpath creation orders in order to provide the missing link in the South Downs Way where it crosses the A32, and to make the necessary application for planning permission.

4. APPOINTMENTS TO OUTSIDE BODIES - CRANBORNE CHASE AND WEST WILTSHIRE DOWNS AREA OF OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY - MEMBERS' PANEL

To consider the report of the Chief Executive on the proposed appointment of Councillor Mrs K. Heron to serve on this outside body.

5. SCHOOL LANDSCAPE PROGRAMME 2007/08

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on proposals for environmental improvements to school grounds at Balksbury Infant School, Andover; St John's Primary School, Basingstoke; Waite End Primary School, Waterlooville, Titchfield Primary School, Fareham; and Eling Infant School, Totton.

6. TRANSFER OF HART COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SERVICES

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the proposed amendment of the decision taken in March, with the effect that Rushmoor Voluntary Services would take over responsibility.
