1. NEW FOREST PARKING CHARGES
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on a further temporary
consent for the New Forest Parking Clock Scheme and consent to St John's
Street car park, Hythe being open to the public on market days.
2. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2007/08 - PROGRESS AND REVISIONS
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on various revisions
necessary to the Capital Programme for the current year.
3. REVENUE BUDGET MONITORING 2007/08
To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment
on the budget for the current year and on action being taken to manage
expenditure.
4. EDUCATION AND INSPECTIONS ACT 2006 - SUSTAINABLE
TRAVEL TO SCHOOL
To consider the report of the Director of Environment and the Director of
Children's Services on the proposal to deliver the duties relating to school
Travel and the provisions of school travel arrangements for children and
young people, as required by the Education and Inspections Act 2006.
5. RESPONSE TO WEST BERKSHIRE FREIGHT ROUTE PLAN
To consider a report of the Director of Environment on a formal response to be
made to West Berkshire's Freight Route Strategy.
6. PROJECT APPRAISAL: - BRIDGE STREET, LONDON STREET AND
WINCHESTER STREET, ANDOVER - ACCESSIBILITY
IMPROVEMENTS
To consider the report of the Director of Environment, and attached project
appraisal, on the proposal for the construction of accessibility improvements in
Bridge Street, London Street and Winchester Street, Andover.
