To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage seeking approval to prepare a new cultural strategy for Hampshire.
2. FUTURE PROPOSALS FOR ANDOVER CHAPEL
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the refurbishment of Andover Chapel for conversion to an art and exhibition space.
3. FINANCE AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING 2007/08
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and County Treasurer giving an update on the current financial and performance situation for the Recreation and Heritage Department for 2007/08.
4. NATIONAL AEROSPACE LIBRARY, FARNBOROUGH

7. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2007/08
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed allocation of funding to community buildings in Alamein, Binsted, Bramshaw, Crondall, Ibsley, Upper Clatford, Portchester and Winnall.
