1. IMPROVEMENT WORKS FRAMEWORK 2008-2012 : AUTHORITY TO TENDER
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the revised approach for procurement of the two framework arrangements comprising the Improvement Works Framework 2008 - 2012, relating to the delivery of maintenance and improvement works to highways, related structures and other construction projects within Hampshire.
B. NON-KEY DECISIONS
2. ON-STREET PARKING CHARGES - HART
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on arrangements for the introduction of on-street parking charges within the Hart District Council area, with particular reference to Fleet Town Centre.
3. FUTURE FUNDING ARRANGEMENTS FOR COMMUNITY TRANSPORT SCHEMES
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the outcome of a review of funding support for the provision of community transport services by voluntary and community sector organisations and on related tendering/ contractual matters.
4. PROJECT APPRAISAL : HEDGE END TRANSPORTATION PACKAGE
To consider the report, with attached project appraisal, by the Director of Environment, on various measures to improve public transport facilities in the Hedge End area with the aim of making public transport a more attractive option and thereby reducing traffic growth and congestion in the area.
