To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services and Director of Environment relating to school travel and the provision of school travel arrangements for children and young people, as required by the Education and Inspections Act 2006.

To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services seeking approval to consultations taking place in relation to the review of school places at Yateley Infant and St Peter's Church of England Voluntary Aided Junior Schools at Yateley.

13. APPOINTMENTS TO OUTSIDE BODIES

To consider the report of the Chief Executive about a change in Member representation on the Hampshire Old Industrial and Reformatory Schools Trust Fund and about the proposed re-appointment of an existing representative to the Sparsholt College Board of Governors.

14. THE ORIGINAL PLACE YOUTH CENTRE, LEIGH PARK, HAVANT

To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services seeking approval to refurbishment works at the Original Place Youth Centre, Leigh Park, Havant.

15. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

RECOMMENDATION:

That in relation to the following item the public be excluded from the meeting as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during the item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraphs 1 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that, in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.
