    2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

      All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

    5. DEPUTATIONS

      The Regulatory Committee has approved a pilot scheme which involves the suspension of Standing Order 21 to allow Members to ask questions of deputees. This pilot scheme applies to this meeting and the procedure to be followed is set out below:

      (i) Any request for suspending Standing Order 21, to allow questions to be put, will be taken after hearing all deputations on an agenda item and will be moved and voted upon without debate.

      (ii) Questions from Committee Members will be asked through the Chairman who may seek the advice of the Committee's legal and the other advisers as appropriate : the Chairman's decision on a question will be final. Questions will be limited to matters of fact and clarification.

      (iii) Local Members who request to speak at Committee may also be asked questions.

    6. PROPOSED CONCRETE RECYCLING SITE, TO RECYCLE CONCRETE WASTE INTO A SECONDARY AGGREGATE - C.A. STEVENS TRANSPORT, OLD STOCKBRIDGE ROAD, GRATELEY, NEAR ANDOVER (APPLICATION NO. 07/02133/CMAN) (COUNTY COUNCIL REF. TV237)

      To consider a report of the Chief Planning Adviser on an application for planning permission for a proposed concrete recycling site at Old Stockbridge Road, Grateley, Near Andover.

    7.       To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a proposal to make a Map Modification Order to record a footpath from London Road to Green Lane in Hartley Wintney Parish as a public right of way.

11. APPLICATION FOR A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER FOR PART OF FOOTPATH NO. 3 IN THE PARISH OF STEVENTON

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on an application for a Public Path Diversion Order for part of Footpath No. 3 in the Parish of Steventon.

    12. APPLICATION FOR A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER FOR PART OF FOOTPATH NO. 32 IN THE PARISH OF RINGWOOD

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on an application for a Public Path Diversion Order for part of Footpath No. 32 in the parish of Ringwood.

    13. THE MAKING OF LEGAL EVENT ORDERS FOR THE CONSOLIDATION OF THE DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY IN THE DISTRICTS AND BOROUGHS IN HAMPSHIRE

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the making of Legal Event Orders for the consolidation of the Definitive Map and Statement of public rights of way in the Districts and Boroughs in Hampshire.
