1. AUTHORITY TO PROCURE - UNMETERED ENERGY

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on arrangements to tender for supply of unmetered energy to street lights, illuminated signs and traffic signals on the basis of different combinations of brown and green energy.

2. REVENUE BUDGET MONITORING 2007/08

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment on progress with the revenue budget for the current year and on the significant variations which have occurred so far.

3. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2007/08 - PROGRESS AND AMENDMENTS

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on a range of schemes within the Capital Programme and on recommended changes.

4. TRAFFIC ORDER - BEDHAMPTON HILL, HAVANT

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the proposal for a traffic regulation order to extend the "no waiting at any time" restriction on the south east side of Bedhampton Hill, Havant, in order to facilitate the redevelopment of 49 Bedhampton Hill in accordance with an existing planning permission.
