2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

5 REVENUE BUDGET 2008/09, 2009/10 AND 2010/11

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment on the Revenue Budget, and to offer any advice thereon to the Executive Member for Environment.

6 REVISED CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2007/08

To consider the report of the Director of Environment and County Treasurer on proposed changes to the current year's Capital Programme in advance of their being referred to the Executive Member for Environment.

7 PROPOSED CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2008/09 TO 2010/11

To consider the report of the Director of Environment and County Treasurer, and to offer any advice thereon to the Executive Member for Environment.

8 LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT IN HEALTH ACT 2007

To receive a report of the Chief Executive describing the changes to overview and scrutiny covered by the Act.

PART III - WORK PROGRAMME

9 SCRUTINY REVIEW UPDATE

To receive an oral update from the Scrutiny Officer on progress with regard to the following reviews:

    (i) Prioritisation of a by-pass for Lyndhurst.

    (ii) Transport in the Community

10 SCRUTINY WORK PROGRAMME

The Scrutiny Officer to report on proposals for the Committee's future work programme.
