B. NON-KEY DECISIONS

1. REVENUE BUDGET 2008/09, 2009/10 AND 2010/11

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment on the proposed revenue budget.

2. REVISED CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2007/08

To consider the report of the Director of Environment and County Treasurer on proposed changes to the current year's Capital Programme.

3. PROPOSED CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2008/09 TO 2010/11

To consider the report of the Director of Environment and County Treasurer on the proposed forward capital programme.

NOTE: The above three items are also being submitted to the Environment and Transportation Select Committee at its meeting in the morning of 22 January, so that their advice can be taken into account.

4. RESIDENTIAL PARKING STANDARDS FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS

To consider the report of the Director of Environment recommending that the existing residential parking standards be withdrawn.

5. COMMUNITY TRANSPORT

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on funding arrangements for the Yelabus service in Hart district; and on tendering arrangements for community transport in Basingstoke and Test Valley.
