To receive any apologies for absence.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

5. REVENUE BUDGET 2008/09, 2009/10 AND 2010/11

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed revenue budget, and to offer any advice thereon to the Executive Member for Recreation and Heritage.

6. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2008/09 TO 2010/11

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and County Treasurer on the forward capital programme, and to offer any advice thereon to the Executive Member for Recreation and Heritage.

7. OUTDOOR AND FIELD STUDY CENTRES - SCRUTINY REVIEW

To consider the outcome and recommendations emerging from the scrutiny review of outdoor and field study centres.

8. LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SERVICE - SCRUTINY REVIEW

To consider the outcome and recommendations emerging from the scrutiny review of the library and information service.

9. CULTURAL PATHFINDER

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage, which was referred to the Committee for consideration by the Executive Member for Recreation and Heritage.

10. FUTURE WORK PROGRAMME

To consider the report of the Chief Executive - Scrutiny Officer on the programme of future issues that may require scrutiny by the Committee.
