To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed revenue budget.

2. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2008/09 TO 2010/11

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and County Treasurer on the proposed forward capital programme.

3. COMMUNITY LIBRARIES PROGRAMME - BIG LOTTERY GRANT

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a lottery grant of £1,245,804 to develop the learning, engagement and adult development project at five library sites in Hampshire - Havant, Waterlooville, Leigh Park, Hayling Island and Aldershot.

4. REVENUE GRANT FOR THE PRINCE'S TRUST

To consider the making of a revenue grant to the Prince's Trust for the years 2007/08, 2008/09 and 2009/10.

5. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR VOLUNTARY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS 2007/2008 - COUNTRYSIDE SERVICE

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the allocation of funding to Hampshire Conservation Volunteers; Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust; Marwell Zoo; Butterfly Conservation; and the British Trust for Conservation volunteers.

6. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR VOLUNTARY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS 2007/08 - SPORT AND COMMUNITY RECREATION

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed allocation of partnership funding to the British Canoe Union Southern Region and Winchester University.

7. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2007/08

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed allocation of partnership funding to Burley Village Hall; Nursling & Rownhams Village Hall; Sway Village Hall; and Wickham Community Association.

8. SUPPORT FOR INDEPENDENT ARTS ORGANISATIONS 2008/09

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed allocation of funding to various arts organisations for the coming year and thereafter.

9. CULTURAL STRATEGY - PROGRESS WITH CONSULTATION

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on responses so far to consultation on the cultural strategy.

10. BASINGSTOKE CANAL - DESIGNATION OF LOCAL NATURE RESERVE

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on proposed arrangements for the establishment of a local nature reserve on a non-navigable stretch of the Basingstoke Canal to the west of the Greywell Tunnel
