PART 2 - ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
5. EXTERNAL FUNDING DATABASE
To receive a report back from Councillor M.J. Woodhall, Executive Member for Economic Development, on issues regarding the external funding database and training which were raised by the Committee at previous meetings. A briefing note from the Head of Economic Development is attached.
6. IT PROGRESS AND UPDATE
To consider the report of the Head of IT on various aspects of the County Council's IT strategy and performance, in response to the Committee's request for a periodic update.
7. REVENUE BUDGET 2008/09, 2009/10 AND 2010/11 (Report to follow)
To consider the report of the County Treasurer on the County Council's revenue budget for Policy and Resources, and to offer any advice thereon to the Executive Member for Policy and Resources.
8. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2008/09 to 2010/11 (Report to follow)
To consider the report of the County Treasurer on the Policy and Resources capital programme, and to offer any advice thereon to the Executive Member for Policy and Resources.
9. OVERALL BUDGETARY ISSUES
To consider whether any comments need to be made to Cabinet on the County Council's overall budget, in the light of observations emerging from scrutiny of the budget by the Select Committees.
PART 3 - WORK PROGRAMME
10. SCRUTINY REVIEW UPDATE AND REVIEW OF SCRUTINY ARRANGEMENTS
To receive an oral report from the Scrutiny Officer on progress with the scrutiny of furniture procurement and replacement, and on the overall review of scrutiny.
11. SCRUTINY WORK PROGRAMME
The Scrutiny Officer to report on proposals for the Committee's future work programme.
