1. PASSENGER TRANSPORT REVIEW AND RETENDERING - WINCHESTER
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the outcome of tendering for new four-year bus subsidy contracts for the Winchester area.

2. COMMUNITY TRANSPORT GRANTS AND CONTRACTS
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on funding arrangements for Test Valley Community Services; Yelabus, Hart District; Wheels to Work Scheme; Bishops Waltham Minibus Group; Andover WRVS; Fareham Community Action; Winchester Area Community Action; Rushmoor Voluntary Services; and on other detailed aspects of tendering and training related to Community Transport Services.
3. ALDERN BRIDGE, BURGHCLERE - WEIGHT LIMIT
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the proposal to make a traffic order prohibiting heavy commercial vehicles from using the C183 road between Aldern Bridge and Burghclere Village, following replacement of the existing Aldern Bridge which is subject to a 7.5 tonne weight restriction.
4. PROJECT APPRAISAL : FAREHAM WESTERN WARDS, WESTERN DISTRIBUTOR ROAD, STAGE 5
To consider the report of the Director of Environment and attached project appraisal, on the proposal to complete the final stage of the western distributor road between Schooner Way and Warsash Road at an estimated cost of £732,000; and to make a traffic order restricting use of Cutter Avenue, Warsash, to be implemented once the distributor road is completed.
5. APPOINTMENT TO OUTSIDE BODIES - THAMES BASIN HEATHS SPECIAL PROTECTION AREA - JOINT STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP BOARD
To consider the report of the Chief Executive recommending the appointment of a County Council representative to serve on the Partnership Board.
