2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter
to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and having regard to the
circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's
Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is
discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of
the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and the detailed internal audit plan for 2008/09 to 2010/11.

7.CORPORATE GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK
To consider the report of the Head of Corporate and Legal Services and Monitoring Officer and the County Treasurer recommending the Committee to approve the updated Code of Corporate Governance set out as Appendix A to the report.
8. REVIEW OF FINANCIAL REGULATIONS AND CONTRACT STANDING ORDERS
To consider the report of the County Treasurer recommending changes to Financial Regulations and Contracts Standing Orders primarily to reflect changes in operating procedures previously approved by the County Council. The Constitution requires such changes also to be considered by the Cabinet before seeking County Council approval.
