2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

7. QUESTIONS UNDER STANDING ORDER 20(b)(i)

To make alterations as required in the membership of committees and other bodies which are not subject to proportionality rules, and to make any other member appointments necessary.
9. NOTICES OF MOTION
a) Councillor Dowden to move:
That Hampshire County Council contact all major supermarket chains in Hampshire with a view to persuading them to switch over to the use of bio degradable / compostable shopping bags as soon as is practicable.
b) Councillor Hockley to move (summarised):
A motion concerning the health of foster children, in the context of being looked after by foster parents who smoke.
c) Councillor Collett to move (summarised):
A motion proposing that the County Council opens discussions as a matter of urgency with Post Office Ltd with a view to exploring the feasibility of the County Council taking over the running of the 44 Hampshire post offices currently threatened with closure.
