    1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

      To receive any apologies for absence.

    2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to

    be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the

    circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's

    Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed,

    save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code.

    The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

    5. DEPUTATIONS

    The Regulatory Committee has approved a scheme which involves the suspension of

    Standing Order 21 to allow Members to ask questions of deputees. Standing Order 21

    will be suspended to allow questions of clarification of facts to be put to all deputations

    on an agenda item. Questions from Committee Members will be asked through the

    Chairman who may seek the advice of the Committee's legal and the other advisers as

    appropriate : the Chairman's decision on a question will be final. Local Members who

    request to speak at Committee may also be asked questions.

    6. CONSTRUCTION OF A 1-FORM ENTRY EXTENSION TO THE PRIMARY

    SCHOOL, SPORTS PITCH AND ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPE WORKS AT

    ELVETHAM HEATH PRIMARY SCHOOL, THE KEY, ELVETHAM HEATH,

    To consider a report of the Head of Planning and Development on an application for

    planning permission for the construction of a 1-Form Entry extension to the existing

    Primary School to accommodate an extra 210 pupils, together with provision of additional

    Elvetham Heath Primary School, The Key, Elvetham Heath, Fleet.

    8. NEW INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS FOR VALIDATION OF PLANNING

    APPLICATIONS - OUTCOME OF CONSULTATION - `LOCAL LIST'

    To consider a report of the Head of Planning and Development on new information

    requirements for validation of planning applications.

    9. APPLICATION FOR A MAP MODIFICATION ORDER TO UPGRADE

    FOOTPATH 6 IN THE PARISH OF AMPORT TO BRIDLEWAY

    To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on an application for a Map

    Modification Order to upgrade Footpath 6 in the Parish of Amport to Bridleway.

    10. APPLICATION TO REGISTER `THE TRIANGLE' AT THE JUNCTION OF

    STOCKERS AVENUE AND WESTLEY CLOSE, WINCHESTER AS TOWN OR

    VILLAGE GREEN

    To consider a report of the Chief Executive on an application to register `The Triangle'

    at the junction of Stockers Avenue and Westley Close, Winchester as town or village green.
