1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
To receive any apologies for absence.
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

6. PENSION FUND PANEL REPRESENTATIVES AND THE TIMETABLE FOR MEETINGS WITH FUND MANAGERS
To consider a report of the County Treasurer outlining the changes affecting the representation on the Pension Fund Panel and reviewing arrangements for meeting the fund managers.
7. INVESTMENT MANAGERS - PERSONNEL AND OTHER CHANGES
To consider a report of the County Treasurer summarising personnel and other matters regarding the Fund's investment managers.
8. REVIEW OF THE HAMPSHIRE PENSION FUND'S INVESTMENT LIMITS
To consider a report of the County Treasurer reviewing the Fund's investment limits.
9. ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL BACKGROUND
To consider a report of the Panel's Independent Adviser.
10. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
RECOMMENDATION:
That the press and public be excluded from the meeting as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present, there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, being information relating to the County Council's business or financial affairs which should not be disclosed for the reasons set out in the report.
11. INVESTMENT MATTERS - UPDATE (EXEMPT)
To consider an exempt report of the County Treasurer providing an update on investment matters.
12. PROPERTY - UPDATE (EXEMPT)
To consider an exempt report of the County Treasurer updating the Panel on the Property portfolio.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this Committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
Independent Members similarly qualify for payment of travelling expenses.
