To receive any apologies for absence.
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter
to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and having regard to the
circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's
Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is
discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of
the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

6. HARBOUR MASTER'S REPORT
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage summarising
activities, incidents and events on the River from 30 May 2008.
7. ANNUAL REPORT OF ACHIEVEMENT AGAINST THE BUSINESS PLAN
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage summarising
achievement against the River Hamble Harbour Authority Business Plan covering the
period April 2007 to March 2008.
8. RIVER HAMBLE HARBOUR FINAL ACCOUNTS 2007/08
To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Recreation and Heritage
regarding the final accounts of the Harbour Authority for the year ended 31 March 2008.
9. ENVIRONMENTAL UPDATE
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage summarising the activities
and events relating to the environment of the River in April and May 2008.
10. PONTOON SAFETY LADDERS
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on whether the installation
of safety ladders should be mandatory or optional on every midstream pontoon on the
River Hamble.
11. WORKS CONSENT POLICIES - DRAFT CONSULTATION
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage proposing a
consultation process designed to ascertain the views of the stakeholders, River users
and other interested parties on the proposed Harbour Works Consent policies for the
River Hamble.
12. RIVER HAMBLE HARBOUR DUES 2009
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed annual
increase in the basic rate of Harbour Dues for the River Hamble for 2009.
13. ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage setting out the key issues
which it is anticipated will appear on the Harbour Board agenda in October 2008.
