1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

To receive any apologies for absence.

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

5. COUNTRYSIDE ACCESS PLAN

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the development of a series of countryside access plans covering the full range of access to the countryside as well as rights of way. The Committee may wish to offer advice to the Executive Member before she considers the Countryside Access Plan at her decision day on 3 July.

6. PROGRESS WITH SCRUTINY STUDIES

7. FORWARD LOOKING WORK PROGRAMME

To consider briefing notes by the Scrutiny Officer on four of the items identified by the Committee for further investigation.
