1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
To receive any apologies for absence.
2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

To confirm the Minutes of the meeting of the Board held on 30 May 2008.

To receive any communications the Chairman may wish to make.

6. RIVER HAMBLE HARBOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE - MINUTES - 20 JUNE 2008
To receive the Minutes of the Management Committee and to note the recommendations on the various items contained on this agenda.
7. HARBOUR MASTER'S REPORT
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage summarising activities, incidents and events and on the River.
8. ANNUAL REPORT OF ACHIEVEMENT AGAINST THE BUSINESS PLAN
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage summarising achievement against the River Hamble Harbour Authority Business Plan for the period April 2007 to March 2008.
9. ENVIRONMENTAL UPDATE
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage summarising activities and events relating to the River's environment, notably recycling, maintenance dredging, the Hamble Estuary Partnership and the Hamble Environment Officers' Group.
10. RIVER HAMBLE HARBOUR FINAL ACCOUNTS 2007/08
To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Recreation and Heritage on the final accounts of the Harbour Authority for the year ended 31 March 2008.
11. RIVER HAMBLE HARBOUR DUES 2009
To consider the report of Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposal to increase the annual basic rate of harbour dues by reference to the increase in the Retail Prices Index.
12. MARINE DIRECTOR'S CURRENT ISSUES
To consider the report of Director of Recreation and Heritage on current issues, notably the challenge on charges and harbour dues made by the Warsash Sailing Club and the County Council's response.
13. ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS
To consider the report of Director of Recreation and Heritage setting out likely key issues which will appear on the Board's agenda for meetings in September and November 2008.
