    2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to

    be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the

    circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Councils' Code

    of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save

    for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code.

    The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

    5. PRESENTATION BY DEPARTMENT FOR TRANSPORT - IAN JORDAN

    6. SOUTH HAMPSHIRE MULTI AREA AGREEMENT

    To consider the report of the Hampshire Director of Environment on

    the submitted South Hampshire Agreement and seeking approval to work up

    a further series of outcomes with the potential to secure improvements in

    public transport delivery in a further Agreement to be submitted in the Autumn.

    7. REGIONAL FUNDING ALLOCATION REFRESH 2008

    To consider the report of the Hampshire Director of Environment seeking

    endorsement of the recent submitted bid for Regional Funding Allocation in the

    period 2011 to 2018 and authorising officers to work with the South East England

    Regional Assembly in fine-tuning proposals over the coming months.

    8. STRATEGIC TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

    To consider the report of the Hampshire Director of Environment on potential for

    developing strategic traffic management within the sub region working with national,

    regional and local partners.

    9. PRESENTATION BY NETWORK RAIL - GAVIN JOHNS

    10. PORT MASTER PLANS - CONSULTATION BY DEPARTMENT FOR

    TRANSPORT

    To consider a report of the Portsmouth Head of Planning Services seeking Members

    views on a proposed response to the Department for Transport consultation of

    Port Master Plans.

    11. SOUTH HAMPSHIRE BUS OPERATORS' ASSOCIATION

    To consider a report by Andrew Dyer from South Hampshire Bus Operators'

    Association outlining the aims of this new organisation and its future interest in

    Transport for South Hampshire.

    12. TRANSPORT FOR SOUTH HAMPSHIRE FREIGHT STRATEGY - CONSULTATION

      To consider a report of the Hampshire Director of Environment on a draft Freight Strategy for South Hampshire, prior to consultation by means of an issues paper.
