1. COUNTRYSIDE ACCESS PLAN

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the county overview Countryside Access Plan, which together with 7 area countryside access plans, will form the Rights of Way Improvement Plan for Hampshire.

2. PROPOSAL TO APPLY FOR A NUMBER OF TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS TO RESTRICT ACCESS AND USE BY MOTOR VEHICLES TO SPECIFIED PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposal to advertise Traffic Regulation Orders on sections of byway in Hawkley, Buriton, Chawton, East Meon, Farringdon, Four Marks, Rockbourne and Whitsbury.

3. FINANCE AND PERFORMANCE 2007/08 AND 2008/09

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Recreation and Heritage on a range of financial and performance issues concerning Recreation and Heritage Services.

4. MUSEUMS TRUSTS ACCOUNTS

To consider the report of the County Treasurer seeking approval to the 2007/08 accounts for the Allen and Curtis Museum Foundation, Alton; the Red House Foundation, Christchurch; the Flora Twort Trust, Petersfield; The Tasker Trust; and the Aldershot Military Historical Trust

and on proposed investment and lottery bid at The Red House Museum, Christchurch.

5. MILESTONES MUSEUM 2008-2010 DEVELOPMENT

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on progress and improvements at the Milestones Museum, Basingstoke and on the proposed establishment of an advisory and advocacy board for Milestones, The Willis Museum and Basing House.

6. RENAISSANCE IN THE REGIONS - SOUTH EAST HUB

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the business plan and on funding and staffing arrangements for the South East Hub.

7. RESPONSE TO THE REPORT OF THE LIBRARY SCRUTINY PANEL

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage setting out a detailed response on behalf of the Library Service to the recommendations put forward by the Library Scrutiny Panel.

8. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2008/09

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the allocation of partnership funding to community buildings in Chilbolton; Hursley; Liss; Milford-on-Sea; Quarley; Rotherwick; and Twyford.

9. COMMUNITY STRATEGY BUDGET - BIDS FOR FUNDING

To consider the report of the Chief Executive on proposed allocations to Hart LSP; Hampshire Interfaith Network; Fareham LSP; Gosport LSP; Local Community Planning; and Eastleigh LSP.
