5 STANDARDS COMMITTEE AND SUB-COMMITTEES - PROPOSED TERMS OF REFERENCE
To consider the report of the Clerk recommending proposed terms of reference in relation to the Standards Committee and Sub-Committees for approval by the Authority at its meeting on 17 September 2008.
6 PROCEDURES FOR ASSESSMENT, INVESTIGATION AND DETERMINATION OF A COMPLAINT THAT A MEMBER HAS FAILED TO COMPLY WITH THE MEMBERS' CODE OF CONDUCT
To consider the report of the Clerk about procedures to be followed by the Standards Committee of the Authority in the assessment, investigation and determination of a complaint that any Member of the Authority has failed to comply with the Members' Code of Conduct.
