1. PASSENGER TRANSPORT REVIEW AND RETENDERING - TOTTON AND WATERSIDE

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the proposed new four- year bus subsidy contracts for the Totton and Waterside area; on changes to reduce services 10/11 between West Totton and Cadnam; and on minor changes to Sunday service 12 between Calmore and Southampton.

2. REVENUE BUDGET MONITORING 2008/09

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment on current financial issues relating to the Environment Revenue Budget.

3. ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2008/09 - PROGRESS AND AMENDMENTS

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on proposed adjustments to the Transport Capital Programme.

4. POLICY AND PROTOCOL STATEMENT ON GATING ORDERS

To consider the report of the Director of Environment setting out a policy for the County Council to respond to requests for Gating Orders.

5. AMENDMENT TO TRADE WASTE CONTROLS PERMIT SCHEME

To consider the report of the Director of Environment setting out proposed revisions to the permit scheme to enable owners of commercial-type vehicles to apply for a permit to enter household waste recycling centres in order to deposit their own household waste, on the basis of a maximum of 12 visits per annum.

6. TOTTON LINK ROAD

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the proposal that the County Council no longer intends to pursue the Totton Link Road proposal; that New Forest District Council be informed accordingly, and advised to review the associated land safeguarding; and that any land held by the County Council for the purposes of the scheme should be declared surplus to transport needs.
