2 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

6 NAVIGATION CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed allocation of funds to enable the replacement of Crableck and Swanwick Beacons and the realignment of moorings.
7 HARBOUR WORKS CONSENT APPLICATION - LAND'S END HOUSE, BURSLEDON
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed granting of conditional harbour works consent for the installation of a mooring pontoon at Land's End House, Bursledon.
8 HARBOUR MASTER'S REPORT
To consider the report of the Director of the Director of Recreation and Heritage giving details of incidents, activities and events on the river in the period since July, 2008.
9 MARINE DIRECTOR'S CURRENT ISSUES
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the implications for the River Hamble of possible mineral extraction at the former Hamble Airfield site.
10 ENVIRONMENT UPDATE
To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on various matters relating to the environment of the river, notably dredging; the Solent Forum; the Hamble Estuary Partnership and Hamble Estuary Management Plan; and the Water Framework Directive.
