A. NON-CONFIDENTIAL KEY DECISIONS
1 HAMPSHIRE INTEGRATED EQUIPMENT SERVICE - APPROVAL OF SECTION 75 AGREEMENT
To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services seeking approval of the 5 year agreement between Hampshire Primary Care Trust and the County Council and the funding attached to the agreement.
B. NON-CONFIDENTIAL NON-KEY DECISIONS
2. SUBSTANCE MISUSE STRATEGY REVIEW - FORMAL CONSULTATION
To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services seeking approval of the process and rationale for undertaking a formal consultation to enable all stakeholders to inform the strategic review of substance misuse services.
3. BUDGET MONITORING 2008/09
To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Adult Services on budget monitoring for the period 1 April 2008 to 31 July 2008
4. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
RECOMMENDATION:
That in relation to the following items the press and public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of proceedings, that if a member of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraphs 1, 2 & 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exempt information outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.
