To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on a proposal to submit a capital development proposal in relation to secure accommodation.
2. AIMING HIGH FOR DISABLED CHILDREN
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services on the commissioning strategy to develop short break services to support disabled children and young people.
3. AUTHORISATION TO TENDER THE HAMPSHIRE YOUNG PEOPLE'S SUBSTANCE MISUSE TREATMENT SERVICE
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services seeking authority to allow Hampshire Drug and Alcohol Action Team to open tendering of the Hampshire Young People's Substance Misuse Treatment Service.

5. ADDITIONAL FUNDING TO HAMPTON TRUST FOR TACKLING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
To consider the report of the Director of Children's Services seeking approval to a grant of £7,500 to the Hampton Trust in respect of a Domestic Violence Co-ordinator and an associated training programme in 2008/09.
