To consider the report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment on current financial issues relating to the Environment Revenue Budget.
2. ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2008/09 - PROGRESS AND DEVELOPMENT
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the second quarter capital budget monitoring position for the 2008/09 financial year.
3. AGENCY REVIEW
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the renegotiation of the existing partnership arrangements with district councils in Hampshire, for the delivery of the Highways Development Control and Traffic Managements services.
4. GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES FRAMEWORK 2009-2013
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on proposals to facilitate the supply of geotechnical services involved with site investigation works.
5. POLICY STATEMENT ON PARKING ON GRASS VERGES, FOOTPATHS AND PAVEMENTS
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on proposals to include a new Policy Statement on Parking on Grass Verges, Footpaths and Pavements in the Highway Maintenance Management Plan.
6. YELABUS AND WIDER COMMUNITY TRANSPORT ISSUES
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on options to support community transport in Hart, including the Yelabus service in Yateley.
7. PROJECT APPRAISAL: SALISBURY ROAD/WATER LANE JUNCTION, TOTTON - ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the Project Appraisal for the construction of accessibility and environmental improvements in Salisbury Road/Water Lane, Totton.
