1. PROPOSED EUROPEAN CO-OPERATION PROJECT

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a proposal for the participation of the County Council in a bid for project funding from the European Union's INTERREG IVC programme.

2. KINSHIP CARE - ACCESS TO RECREATION AND HERITAGE SITES AND SERVICES

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a proposal to extend free access to a number of Recreation and Heritage sites and services to those in Kinship Care.

3. CONTRIBUTION OF MUSEUMS, LIBRARIES AND ARCHIVES TO THE VISITOR ECONOMY OF HAMPSHIRE - "TAKING IT FURTHER"

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on an economic impact assessment of museums, libraries and archives in the South East and the contribution of Recreation and Heritage sites to the visitor economy of Hampshire.

4. FINANCIAL AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING 2008/09

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and the County Treasurer on the financial and performance position of Recreation and Heritage for 2008/09.

5. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2008/09

    To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the financial position of the Community Buildings Fund for 2008/09 and requests for partnership funding from the Fund in respect of community facilities at Fordingbridge, Bramshaw, Copythorne, Ropley and West Meon.

6. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR VOLUNTARY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS 2008/09 - SPORT & PHYSICAL RECREATION

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on an application from the British Canoe Union (Southern Region) for partnership funding from the Voluntary Bodies and other Organisations - Sport and Recreation Budget 2008/09.

7. PROGRAMME OF SUPPORT FOR CREATIVE INDUSTRIES IN ANDOVER

    To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a grant to Creative Business Advice and Services (CIBAS) to run a programme of support for creative industries in the Andover and the Test Valley area.

8. ARTS ACTIVITY FUNDING - 2009/2010

    To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on applications received for Arts Activity and Business Partnership funding for 2009/10.

9. COMMUNITY STRATEGY BUDGET - BIDS FOR FUNDING


    To consider a report of the Chief Executive on applications for funding from the Community Strategy Budget.
