2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and, having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code. The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

To consider the report of the Park Manager outlining recent work which has been undertaken.
9. TREASURER'S REPORT
To consider the report of the County Treasurer on the revised budget for the current year (2008/09) and a draft forward budget for next year (2009/10).
10. ANNUAL GOVERNANCE STATEMENT
To consider the report of the County Treasurer on the annual return sent to the Audit Commission summarising the Park's financial activities for the 2006/07 and 2007/08 financial years.
11. 2009/10 PRICING STRUCTURE REPORT (to be tabled at the meeting)
To consider the report of the Park Manager outlining the proposed Pricing Structure for 2009/10.
