1. PROJECT APPRAISAL: VALLEY PARK TO HILTINGBURY CYCLES - BADDESLEY BRIDGE
To consider a report of the Director of Environment on a proposal to provide a pedestrian and cycle bridge adjacent to the existing road bridge on Baddesley Road, near Chandlers Ford.

2. COMMUNITY GRANTS - POLICY AND RESOURCES
To consider a report of the Chief Executive on applications received for Community Grants.
3. COMMUNITY STRATEGY BUDGET
To consider a report of the Chief Executive on a proposal to allocate an element of the Community Strategy Budget for the purposes of funding activities which promote community safety.
4. MUSIC AND DANCE AWARDS
To consider a report of the Director of Children's Services on grant awards from the Leader for Music and Dance Awards budget.
5. REVISED DANCE BURSARY SCHEME
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on proposals to revise the Dance Bursary Scheme.
6. PROGRESS REVIEW: FINANCIAL SYSTEMS TRAINING
To consider a report of the County Treasurer on the new arrangements for Financial Systems Training.
7. RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES - REVIEW OF RENTS
To consider a report of the Acting Director of Property, Business & Regulatory Services on the review of rents of residential properties from April 2009.
8. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
RECOMMENDATION:
That in relation to the following items the press and public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of proceedings, that if a member of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraphs 1 & 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exempt information outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.

To consider an exempt report of the Acting Director of Property, Business & Regulatory Services on proposed routine transactions
15. APPLICATION FOR EARLY RETIREMENT
To consider an exempt report of the Director of Human Resources on an application for early retirement.
