    To receive any apologies for absence.

    2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

    All Members who believe they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare that interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed, save for exercising any right to speak in accordance with paragraph 12 of the Code.     5. ROMAN WAY PRIMARY SCHOOL, ANDOVER - EXTENSION AND IMPROVEMENT WORKS

        To consider a report of the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services recommending approval of the design proposal for an extension and improvement works at the school.

    6. PROCUREMENT INITIATIVES, ADDITIONS/AMENDMENTS TO THE CAPITAL REPAIRS PROGRAMME AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS APPROVALS

        To consider a report of the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services proposing new procurement initiatives relating to the delivery of building construction work and maintenance of the Corporate Estate.

    7. WINCHESTER CATHEDRAL - SUPPORT TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE EXISTING EDUCATION FACILITIES

        To consider a report of the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services proposing a number of actions in order to support the Winchester Cathedral project.

    8. REFURBISHMENT OF BASINGSTOKE LIBRARY

        To consider a report of the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services proposing refurbishment of Basingstoke Library.

    9. CORPORATE PROCUREMENT UPDATE

        To receive a report of the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services concerning progress on corporate procurement initiatives.

    10. MAJOR PROJECTS UPDATE (PART A)

        To receive a report of the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services concerning progress on the Ashburton Court and Children's Centre projects.

    11. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

      Recommendation:

        That in relation to the following item the public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the proceedings, that if members of the public were present during the item there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.

        To consider an exempt report of the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services on The Rookwood Centre, Eastleigh.
