1. RECREATION AND HERITAGE REVENUE BUDGET 2009/10, 2010/11 AND 2011/12
To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Recreation and Heritage on detailed proposals for the 2009/10 revenue budget, provisional budgets for 2010/11 and 2011/12 and a revised budget for 2008/09.
2. CAPITAL PROGRAMME FOR 2009/10 TO 2011/12
To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed Recreation and Heritage Capital Programme for 2009/10 to 2011/12.
3. COMMUNITY STRATEGY BUDGET - BIDS FOR FUNDING
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on applications for funding from East Hampshire Community Partnership, Test Valley Partnership and County Strategy Group for Crime and Disorder.
4. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR VOLUNTARY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS - SPORT AND PHYSICAL RECREATION
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on an application for partnership funding from British Gymnastics Southern Region.
5. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR VOLUNTARY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS 2008/09 - COUNTRYSIDE SERVICE
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on applications for partnership funding from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, British Trust for Conservation Volunteers, Hampshire Conservation Volunteers, Marwell Zoological Park and Butterfly Conservation.
6. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2008/09
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the financial position of the Community Buildings Fund for 2008/09 and requests for partnership funding in respect of community facilities at Appleshaw, Cheriton, Wherwell, Hayling Island, Highclere, Kings Somborne, Lockerley and East Dean and South Wonston.
7. SUPPORT FOR INDEPENDENT ARTS ORGANISATIONS 2009-2010 YEAR 3
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on grant applications received for funding for the financial year 2009/10.
8. SUPPORT FOR THE GILBERT WHITE'S HOUSE AND THE OATS MUSEUM
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage recommending the provision of a grant to support the Business Plan and sustainable future of Gilbert White's House and The Oates Museum in Selbourne.
9. PROPOSAL TO APPLY FOR A NUMBER OF TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS TO RESTRICT ACCESS AND USE BY MOTOR VEHICLES TO SPECIFIED PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on proposals to make a series of Traffic Regulation Orders.
10. THE CREATION OF LOCAL NATURE RESERVES
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage recommending the approval of a Creation of Local Nature Reserves policy and declaration of new local natures reserves at Netley Common, Westwood Woodland Park, Whiteley Coppices, Dundridge Meadows, Manor Farm, Sturt Pond and Bishops Waltham Branch line.
11. BASING HOUSE - HERITAGE LOTTERY FUND GRANT AID
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund for the development of Basing House.
12. COMMUNITY LIBRARIES PROJECT, BIG LOTTERY GRANT
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a grant from the Big Lottery Fund towards the cost of the Learning, Engagement and Adult Development Project (LEAD).
13. IMPACT ON THE COMMUNITY SUPPORT TEAM STAFFING STRUCTURE RESULTING FROM THE IMPENDING RETIREMENT OF THE DIRECTOR, LYMINGTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the Community Support Service.
14. COMMUNITY CLASSROOM AT LEPE COUNTRY PARK
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on proposals to provide a temporary classroom at Lepe Country Park.
