1. PROJECT APPRAISAL: A35 COLBURY PEDESTRIAN CROSSING

      To consider a report of the Director of Environment on a proposal to construct a Toucan pedestrian crossing on the A35 at Colbury, Ashurst.

2. REVENUE BUDGET 2009/10, 2010/11 AND 2011/12

      To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed Environment revenue budget for 2009/10, a provisional budget for 2010/11 and 2011/12 and a revised budget for 2008/09.

3. PROPOSED CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2009/10 TO 2011/12

      To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed Environment capital programme for 2009/10 to 2011/12.

4. CAPITAL PROGRAMME MONITORING 2008/09

      To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the third quarter capital budget monitoring position for the 2008/09 financial year.

5. REVIEW OF LAND SAFEGUARDING, TOTTON WESTERN BYPASS (JUNCTION OF A326/A336)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on safeguarding of land for planned future improvements to the junction of the A326/A336 west of Totton.

6. YELABUS AND WIDER COMMUNITY TRANSPORT ISSUES

      To consider a report of the Director of Environment proposing that funding of £11,500 be provided on a tapered basis for Yelabus for 2009.

7. RECOMMENDATION:

That in relation to the following item the press and public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of proceedings, that if a member of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exempt information outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.
