1. PROJECT APPRAISAL: M27 JUNCTION 5 IMPROVEMENT SCHEME
To consider a report of the Director of Environment recommending approval to implement Phase 1 of the M27 junction 5 improvement scheme.
B. NON-KEY DECISIONS (NON EXEMPT/CONFIDENTIAL)
2. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS
To consider a report of the Chief Executive on applications received from Voluntary and Community Organisations for financial assistance.
3. APPOINTMENTS TO AN OUTSIDE BODY - KING EDWARD VI SCHOOL
To consider a report of the Chief Executive on appointments to an outside body.
4. EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
RECOMMENDATION:
That in relation to the following items the press and public be excluded from the meeting, as it is likely, in view of the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of proceedings, that if a member of the public were present during the items there would be disclosure to them of exempt information within Paragraphs 1 & 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, and further that in all circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exempt information outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information, for the reasons set out in the report.

5. VEOLIA WASTE CONTRACT VARIATION TO REDUCE COSTS
To consider an exempt report of the Director of Environment on proposals to vary the waste contract with Veolia.

6. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR TALENTED YOUNG PEOPLE IN SPORT (SUPPORTED BY THE MICHAEL AUSTIN HARLICK TRUST)
To consider an exempt report of the Director of Children's Services recommending grants from the Financial Assistance for Talented Young People in Sport budget and the Michal Austin Harlick Trust.
7. FORMER BEECHDOWN PRIMARY SCHOOL SITE, BASINGSTOKE
To consider an exempt report of the Acting Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services on the former Beechdown Primary School site, Basingstoke.
8. SCHEDULE OF ROUTINE TRANSACTIONS
To consider an exempt report of the Acting Director of Property, Business & Regulatory Services on proposed routine transactions.
