2. RIGHTS OF WAY - TRANSFORMING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a review of the Rights of Way fault reporting process.

3. PROPOSAL TO APPLY FOR A NUMBER OF TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS TO RESTRICT ACCESS AND USE BY MECHANICALLY PROPELLED VEHICLES TO SPECIFIED PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on proposed Traffic Regulation Orders.

4. BASINGSTOKE CANAL PARTNERSHIP - MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed memorandum of agreement for the Basingstoke Canal Partnership.

8. REVISED PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR HAMPSHIRE CONSERVATION VOLUNTEERS 2008/09 - COUNTRYSIDE SERVICE

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on an application for funding from Hampshire Conservation Volunteers.

9. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING TO INDEPENDENT CHARITABLE OUTDOOR CENTRES - 2009/10

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on applications for partnership funding for 2009/10 from six independent charitable Outdoor Centre providers.

10. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2008/09

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the financial position of the Community Buildings Fund for 2008/09 and requests for partnership funding in respect of community facilities in Basingstoke and Deane, East Hampshire, Fareham, Havant, New Forest and Test Valley.

11. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR THE REVENUE AND PROJECT COSTS OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS 2009/10

    To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on applications for partnership funding from Alton Community Association, Headley Down Community Association and Springwood Partnership.

12. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR VOLUNTARY BODIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS - SPORT AND PHYSICAL RECREATION

      To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on applications for partnership funding from Voluntary Bodies and other Organisations.
