    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed 2009-2014 management plans for two of Hampshire's Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

2. DAEDALUS VISIONARY FRAMEWORK

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed Daedalus Visionary Framework prepared by the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA).

3. ROWNER RENEWAL PROJECT

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the delivery of the Rowner Renewal Project.

4. REVENUE BUDGET MONITORING 2008/09

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the management of the Environment Revenue Budget for 2008/09.

7. PROJECT INTEGRA ACTION PLAN 2009-2014

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment recommending approval of the proposed Project Integra Action Plan 2009-2014 "It's Not Just Waste".

8. TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed Tripartite Agreement regarding costs arising from the waste disposal and Household Waste Recycling Centre management contracts.

9. PROTOCOL AND PROCEDURE FOR THE TEMPORARY/PERMANENT ATTACHMENT OF CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION TO STREET LIGHTING COLUMNS

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment recommending approval of the proposed protocol and procedure.

10. EASTLEIGH BUS TENDERS

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment proposing an emergency contract for bus services in Eastleigh Borough to ensure continuity of services.

11. GRANT TO WINCHESTER AREA COMMUNITY ACTION

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on a grant application from Winchester Area Community Action regarding the Winchester Community Transport Scheme.

12. APPOINTMENT TO NORTH OF FAREHAM STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT AREA COMMUNITY LIAISON GROUP

    To consider a report of the Chief Executive on the appointment of a County Council representative to the above Group.
