      To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services seeking approval for grants to Voluntary Organisations for 2009/10.

    2 DEPRIVATION OF LIBERTY SAFEGUARDS WORKING AGREEMENT

    To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services seeking authority for the Director to enter into an agreement between Hampshire County Council and Hampshire PCT for the operation of a joint system for Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS).

    3. IMPLEMENTATION OF HAMPSHIRE MODEL WORKSTREAMS

      To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services seeking approval for the proposed countywide roll out of Self Directed Support over a two year period.

    4 CAPITAL INVESTMENT STRATEGY - PROPOSED INVESTMENT AT COPPER BEECHES AND CHERRY ORCHARD HOMES FOR OLDER PEOPLE, ANDOVER

      To consider the report of the Director of Adult Services seeking approval to a proposed capital investment strategy for Copper Beeches and Cherry Orchard older persons homes in Andover.
