To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the proposed Strategy which sets out the long term vision and direction for Hampshire's Library and Information Service.
2. PROPOSAL TO APPLY FOR A TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER TO RESTRICT ACCESS AND USE BY MECHANICALLY PROPELLED VEHICLES TO PART OF ROCKBOURNE BOAT 32 AND THE WHOLE OF WHITSBURY BOAT 19A
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a proposed Traffic Regulation Order.
3. COMMUNITY BUILDINGS FUND 2009/10
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the financial position of the Community Buildings Fund for 2009/10 and requests for partnership funding in respect of community facilities in Basingstoke and Deane, East Hampshire, Hart, Havant and Winchester.
4. PARTNERSHIP FUNDING FOR THE REVENUE AND PROJECT COSTS OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS 2009/10
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on applications for partnership funding from Community Associations in Denmead, Fordingbridge, Kingsley, Portchester, Ringwood and Wickham.
5. ARTS ACTIVITY FUNDING 2009/10
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on applications for Arts Activity and Business Partnership funding for 2009/10.
6. SCAT THEATRE COMPANY EXCEPTIONAL GRANT
To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage proposing an exceptional grant of £6,000 to SCAT Theatre Company.
