To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed chicane traffic calming measures on Beeches Hill, Bishops Waltham.
2. PARISH LENGTHSMAN
To consider a report of the Director of Environment proposing that two trials be undertaken of the introduction of Parish Lengthsmen to undertake minor highway maintenance functions within rural Parishes.
3. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2009/10 - SUB PROGRAMMES
To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the proposed Capital Programme sub programmes for 2009/10.
